Performance Strength and conditioning utilizes general strength and lifting concepts while also challenging the athlete with complex movements and exercises that encourage movements based on their sport or activity. This service is offered to those that have no existing injury and are looking to get that extra 10% to be at the Tier 1 of their game/activity or to decrease chances of potential injury in the future.
