When you’re ready to book your appointment, here’s how it works:

  • Schedule a call with the Tier 1 team to gain clarity on how we can help, and if we are the best clinic for your care.

  • This is our clinics most important visit! This gives the doctor a chance to answer any questions about our process, our pricing, and what to expect throughout the treatment process.

  • This is the first 1 Hour appointment where Dr. Stephen will perform a thorough history, examination, and movement assessment to gain clarity on how to best treat your specific issue. 

  • You and the Doctor will decide together which plan of care is best to achieve your goals.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

Do We Take Insurance? - Insurance warning!!

We do not bill insurance directly. We also no longer provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. This allows us to treat the patient with what is needed rather than certain treatments being deemed “necessary” from your insurance provider. Quality patient outcomes and tailored treatment plans are the top priority at Tier 1 Performance & Chiro. Staying out of the insurance world allows for a world class patient experience and improved patient outcomes.   

Cancellation Policy

Before 24 hours from appointment time  = free of charge 

Within 24 hours from appointment = ½ of visit value 

No show no communication = Full visit value 

Cancellation policy charges are at the discretion of Dr. Racanelli which will be adhered to unless unforeseen circumstances arise. Since time is valuable I need to ensure that I am available for other patients waiting to get in for treatment. 

Hours

  • Monday - Friday 

  • 8 am - 5 pm 

  • Saturday by specific appointment 

  • Emergency treatment (after hours/weekends) available anytime if available at 1 ½ cost
